Often, you stay for two nights at each accommodation so that you can discover all the miracles of nature in a relaxed way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Half of the bike routes are on tar roads with little traffic and good dirt roads. Your English-speaking local guide always cycles with you, the support vehicle is always nearby, transports the luggage and makes the transfers. There are also delicious picnics with fresh tropical fruit. Since you almost always spend two nights in one place - the lodges and hotels are all in a good 3* category - it gives you the opportunity to discover the many natural wonders with ample time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Travel Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Although the trip takes place at least 1000 m above sea level, malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended. A light to moderate level of fitness is sufficient to ride the routes, which mostly lead along dirt roads.
